MILA, INC. CEO LAYNE SAPP SELECTED TO PRESENT AT THE WESTERN REGIONAL MORTGAGE
BROKERS CONFERENCE
Mountlake Terrace, WA – Layne Sapp, founder and CEO of wholesale lender
MILA, Inc. was selected to speak at the Western Regional Mortgage Brokers
Conference to be held in Las Vegas, NV from November 5-9, 2004.
This non-profit
association made up of state mortgage broker associations from various
western states provides current business trends and educational
opportunities to meet the growing demands of the mortgage professional.
Sapp’s breakout presentation titled, “Taking Back the Power of
the Loan Process” will take place on November 8 from 3:30 p.m.-5:00
p.m. Sapp will discuss how technology and communication allow brokers to
control the entire loan process, from lead generation to closing. Attendees
will also learn how to partner with lenders who provide these tools, letting
the broker take on more customers and provide new standards of customer
service.
“As interest rates rise and consumers become more educated on the mortgage
process and expect more from the broker, lenders and brokers must work
together to simplify the loan process,” said Layne Sapp, MILA CEO. “By
establishing a true partnership and effectively utilizing each others strengths
to keep the production cycle moving forward at all times, the experience
created should strengthen the broker and lender partnership and make the
process more efficient and profitable.”
This year’s conference
is expected to bring 3,000 attendees. For more information on the Western
Regional Mortgage Brokers Conference, please visit
