MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, WA – MILA, Inc., the e-commerce mortgage provider also doing business as Mortgage Investment Lending Associates, sponsored the Warren Moon and Steve Pool Golf Classic and Auction benefiting Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center July 9-11. Layne Sapp, MILA founder and CEO, supported the event with a $50,000 donation from MILA, Inc. and a $100,000 donation from CRS, a property management company owned by Sapp.
Football star Warren Moon and KOMO 4 TV weatherman Steve Pool teamed up with the goal of raising money for the hospital’s uncompensated care along with the children and families they serve. “Our focus on children’s issues made this event a good fit for us and we were proud to sponsor it for the second year in a row,” said Sapp. “We’re especially pleased to report that the event raised $750,000 for Children’s Hospital, a twenty percent increase over last year.”
