MILA, INC. SPONSORS WARREN MOON AND STEVE POOL GOLF CLASSIC
MILA DONATES $100,000 TO CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
Mountlake Terrace, WA – MILA, Inc, the wholesale non-prime lender
also doing business as Mortgage Investment Lending Associates sponsored the
Warren Moon and Steve Pool Golf Classic benefiting Children’s Hospital
and Regional Medical Center on July 12 and July 13, 2004 at the Golf Club
at Newcastle, WA. The cocktail reception and auction was held on Sunday,
July 11, 2004 at the Museum of Flight in Seattle.

Pool and renowned football star Warren Moon teamed up for the second year
for the Warren Moon and Steve Pool Golf Classic and
Auction. Approximately 300 high profile business and community leaders
attended the event with the goal of raising $400,000 for the campaign. Last
year the
event raised less than $200,000 and this year the event made an upwards
of $700,000. As the major sponsor, MILA donated $50,000 and later contributed
an additional $50,000 to match silent auction bids that evening. MILA’s
$100,000 donation will help raise money for Children’s Hospital’s
uncompensated care and the children and families they serve.
