MILA, INC. CEO, LAYNE SAPP ELECTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH SNOHOMISH
COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Mountlake Terrace, WA – Layne Sapp, founder and CEO of wholesale lender
MILA, Inc., was elected to the Board of Directors of South Snohomish County
Chamber of Commerce. Sapp will work with community leaders and business owners
of South Snohomish County to help promote the growth and diversity in the
eight cities in its jurisdiction.
“I am honored to have been elected to the South Snohomish County Board
of Directors,” said Layne Sapp, MILA CEO. “I look forward to
working with local business leaders to further develop our community.”

Sapp has a long history in South Snohomish County. After graduating
from
Marysville-Pilchuck high school, he formed and managed a local private
lending fund until the age of 23. At that point, Sapp began to fund and
broker mortgage
loans using his own capital. Shortly thereafter, in 1989, he incorporated
a sub-prime lending organization, know as MILA, Inc. Today, MILA, Inc.
has become one of the largest employers in Snohomish County.
