MILA, INC. COVERS ALL THE BASES AT THE WESTERN REGIONAL MORTGAGE BROKERS CONFERENCE
Mountlake Terrace, WA – MILA, Inc., the wholesale mortgage banking
company, today announced its 2004 participation at the Western Regional Mortgage
Brokers Conference (WRMBC) at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV on November
5-9, 2004. WRMBC was established to help state associations by generating
revenue from the conference and redistributing funds back to the member states.
Located
in booth number 211, MILA’s top sales representatives will
be ready to help attendees create free account profiles, business plans and
live loans with commitments with conditions in seconds. They will also be
available to demonstrate AccessPoint, MILA’s online loan management
system and automated underwriting system and be able to explain MILA’s “no
manual underwriting” process flow. MILA representatives will provide
details on the important loan programs in Arizona, California, Colorado,
Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.

MILA is sponsoring the WRMBC’s
Breakfast of Champions on Monday, November 8 from 8-9 a.m. where former
San Francisco Giants pitcher, Dave Dravecky
will be signing autographs and sharing his inspirational story. The kickoff
breakfast will be held in Ballroom 1 of Caesars Palace.
Additionally, Layne
Sapp, MILA CEO will give a presentation titled, "Taking
Back the Power of the Loan Process" on Monday, November 8 from 3:30
p.m.-5:00 p.m. in the Pompeian I room of Caesars Palace. Attendees will
learn how the right lender can help you close more loans faster – and
build your business. Sapp will also address how various factors including
compressing
rates, diminished refi’s and technology can help make the loan process
more efficient and profitable.
Lastly, at 7 p.m. that evening, MILA will
sponsor “A Night At the Ballpark” hospitality
party located in Ballroom 1 of Caesars Palace. KC and the Sunshine Band,
one of the most recognizable names from the disco craze of the '70s will
be performing for the evening. Dravecky will also be available to sign
autographs from 7-8 p.m.
