What is an Administrator?

The AccessPoint Administrator plays a key role in the relationship with your company, AccessPoint and MILA. Administrators have the ability to set-up, manage and close AccessPoint accounts, ensuring the safety and security of your company and borrower information. We recommend that each office have a least two Company Administrators. For companies with multiple branches, an Office Administrator for each branch is also recommended. The roles and responsibilities of the Administrator are as follows:

Company Administrator
1) Grant AccessPoint accounts to new Loan Officers and Processors company wide.
2) Grant special "Office Administrator" access to Office Administrator for each separate office.
3) Remove AccessPoint access for any Loan Officer and Processor that leaves your company.
4) View and manage the MILA pipeline for any Loan Officer or Processor in your company.
5) Set up a Shared Credit Account for all AccessPoint users in the company.
6) Get immediate access to future AccessPoint enhancements.

Office Administrator

1) Grant AccessPoint accounts to new Loan Officers and Processors in their specific office.
2) Remove access for any Loan Officer and Processor that leaves their office.
3) Grant "Office Administrator" Status to others in their office.
4) View and manage the MILA pipeline for any Loan Officer or Processor.
5) Set up a Shared Credit Account for all AccessPoint users in their office.
6) Get immediate access to future AccessPoint enhancements.
