Situation
The culture Mr. Pickel has fostered at Leader One Financial is one that understands and encourages a healthy life/work balance for its employees. In order increase the free time needed to develop that balance, Pickel relies heavily on technology to gain efficiencies and decrease time-consuming paperwork. As his 35-member staff began processing more and more loans, they needed to find a lender that would enable quick, seamless loan processing, particularly for the non-conforming customers that were accounting for 40 percent of their overall loan originations.
Action

Result
Today more than 60 percent of Leader One’s sub-prime loan originations are done through AccessPoint and MILA.
